iPad Competition Rules
- The competition is open to all management and employees
working in contact centres in South Africa, excluding employees
of C3Africa (Pty) Ltd and CCMR, as well as employees of the
research report sponsors and companies supplying the prize,
as well as their associated companies, advertising and promotion
agencies, and their immediate families.
- The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of the
judges, whose decision will be final.
- No correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Neither C3Africa (Pty) Ltd or CCMR, nor any of their partners,
will be responsible for any disputes in connection with the
competition prize, or for any loss, damage or injury that
may be suffered or incurred when taking up the prize.
- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and
agree to be bound by them when entering the competition.
- Data collected in relation to the competition and the research
project will not be sold or passed on to any third parties.
- The competition closes on 30 August 2010 and the prizewinner
will be announced via e-mail to all participants, via the
Contact Industry Hub E-Newsletter and on www.contactindustryhub.co.za
during the week starting 20 September.
- To be eligible for the draw entrants must have fully completed
the research report questionnaire, or their nominee must have
fully completed the questionnaire.
